(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 course sand): DSR 2023 ITEM Ν. 6.1.1 3 12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand in (1:4) over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm including supply of all material, labour, tools & plant ete required for proper completion of the work. DSR 2023 ITEM N. 13.4.1 4 S/L C:C (1:2:4) with 20 mm stone grit, coarse sand & cement etc all complete as the direction of engineer in charge. (AS PER DSR 2023 ITEM N. 4.1.3 ] 5 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: Old work (one or more coats applied 5 @2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat. DSR 2023 ITEM N. 13.109.1 6 Removing of malba from site at all of comp work including all comp. 7 Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compactig with vibratory roller to achieve desired density, complete as per Clause 401 8 Supplying & laying of 80mm thick interlockig tiles at all of comp, work 9 Relaying of old tiles at all of comp. work at all of comp. work 10 GST
