Urgent repair, maintenance & servicing of8.5TR/17.0 TR capacity package type Air Conditioning Systems and VRF system installed at Sachin Debbarman Auditorium at Belonia, South Tripura during the year 2024-25.-Providing & Fitting fixing of furnace casing, double wall type fabricated from finest steel, duly painted with heat resistant aluminium paint or powder coating etc.( 75 mm MS Channel or square tube in double wall frame and SS 304 decorative sheet) complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Providing & Fitting fixing of Refractory & insulation for furnace lining with necessary cement ceramic fibre insulation and calcium silicate board for insulation of furnace etc. (Refractory with 42% to 63% high alumina high seal block for insulation, ceramicBlanket, hot & cold phase bricks and bider ) complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-Charge 3 Providing & Fitting fixing of Motorised Door made of MS with internal insulation with ceramicBlanket, & allied equipment Motorised Door drive arrangement including 0.5 HP motor, gearbox, chain, sprocket, counterweight, limit switch & clutch arrangement & arrangementof manual operationetc. complete as per direction of the Engineer–in-Charge. 4 Providing & Fitting fixing of stainless steel vertical wet scrubberalong with water recirculation pump water tank duly lined with FRP piping, (ventury scrubber to control air pollution with capacity 150 mg/hr, 3mmthickness AISI SS304 plate, spray nozzle, mist separator and damper etc. complete as perdirection of the Engineer- in-Charge 5 Providing & Fitting fixing of stainless steel ducting from furnace to scrubber and scrubber to chimney of SS 304 of dia 300/322 mm with necessary flanges dampers and SS hardware etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer–in-Charge. 6 Providing & Fitting fixing offresh air arrangement including Blower centrifugal typewith minimum 1 HP motor, 600 CFM discharge capacity ,Distribution chamber, necessary Valves etc. complete as perdirection of theEngineer in charge 7 Providing & Fitting fixing oftrolley with electro mechanical operation along with facility of automatic UP down and reverse 7 forward for smooth charging of body inside furnace along with its rails and accessories etc. complete as perdirection of the Engineer- in-Charge 8 Providing & Fitting fixing of Vertical heaters bundled with rod type made of 80-20 Ni-Cr / Cr wire with protected by APM Radiant Tube etc. complete as perdirection of the Engineer- in- Charge 9 Providing & Fitting fixing of Electrical controlPanel with 14 swg sheet metal enclosure painted with anti corrosive paint in/c thruster power regulator with PID temperature controller with contactor with change over switch and also necessary cables, Electrical devices etc. complete as perdirection of the Engineer –in-Charge 10 Providing & Fitting fixing of Cables from source to controlPanel& Control panel to furnace and others motors, Earthing with all earthing materials etc. complete as perdirection of the Engineer- in- Charge 11 Providing & Fitting fixing of MS fabricated Water Tank Size of 1375 (H) X 1500 (L) x 1000(W) with FRP coating in /cnecessaryinlet /outlet pipeline & valves etc. complete as perdirection of the Engineer- in -Charge 12 Providing & Fitting fixing of Foot mounted exhaust blowerin SS 304 with 10 Hp motor in/c damper, centrifugal type1200 CFM discharge capacity etc. complete as perdirection of the Engineer- in-Charge 13 Providing & Fitting fixing of 2 HP slug Pump (Crompton/ Kirloskar make) with necessary pipe, pipe fittings, flange etc. complete as perdirection of the Engineer- in- Charge 14 Providing & Fitting fixing of 30 mtr. self supporting chimney along with ladder & platform upto sampling point, Aviationlamp, and lightning arrestor, Chimney should include earthing provision and foundation bolts nut of adequate size etc. complete as perdirection of the Engineer- in- Charge 15 Construction of Chimney foundation 2600 mm x 2600 mm x 2000 mm, R-25 grade RCC TMT 10 to 16 mm dia. in/c fitting fixing of stud bolts of chimney with accurate measurement as per manufacturer design & drawing complete as perdirection of the Engineer- in- Charge 16 Providing, Installation & commissioning of 125 KVA Generator with diesel driven engine, Kirloskar/ Cummins make complete as per direction of the Engineer- in- Charge.
