The work shall include connecting pipe of machine as required measuring dew point values of N2 after every cycle till the required value is achived. 33 Draining & flushing of T/F core winding in main tank with hot T/F oil through centrifusing machine. 34 Vaccum inside the tank and filling the T/F oil. 35 Overhauling of diverter switch, removal the diverter switch from chamber cleaning hot oil removed the dirty oil and proper cleaning and fixing in original shape & replaced old gasket. 36 Centrifusing of T/F oil already fill in oil tanker taking IR/BDV/PPM value of T/F oil at an interval of 06 Hrs. as per norms. After the desire value top up the centrifusing T/F at required level (Machine shall be provided by contractor) (Approx. 49.5 KL). 37 Erection of Mulsifire system air of the water pipe line replacement of gasket & tightening nut and bolts. 38 Rubbing cleaning and painting of mulsifire water & air pipe line with one coat of primer and 2 coat of existing colour synthetic enamel point of 1st quality ASIAN/BERGER/NEROLAC make. 39 Carriage of oil tank 20/35 KL any where within 100 Km. including loading, unloading and carriage at 220 KV S/S Jaunpur.
