No. Item Description 1 NS Items 2 Recovery of Old ACC Sheets after dismantling 3 Supply and installation of Turbo ventilator 24” including polycarbonate sheet 2 mm thick with complete accessories 4 Supply of High Power BIS approved 45 WATT LED street light luminaries of Make PHILIPS /BAJAJ /WIPRO or any other make approved in Haryana Govt. Deptt. / Board/ Corporation with total lumens of 5400 with 5 years guarantee with life of 50000 burning hours at 70% lumen maintenance including making connection with 3x1.5 sq.mm copper wire from adjacent light point, other petty material etc. as required to complete the same to the entire satisfaction of EIC with specifications.Note: The contractor / agency shall submit NABL and U.L. certified report with the guarantee card of LED street light for Lumens i.e. 120 lm / watt. 5 Supply of following sizes of 1100 V grade PVC Aluminium armoured cables, PVC insulated PVCsheathed, /supports as per site conditions. 10 Sq.mm. 2 core aluminium 6 Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat premixed in continuous type HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/ hours using specified fine aggregates and penetration grade bitumen @0.68 kg/sqm laid to specified levels, grade and cross fall complete as per technical clause 511 of MORTandH specifications.( HSR 17.36.4) 7 Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical boom as per technical clauses 503 of MORTandH specifications. 8 Supply and installation of 12W, 220V, 6500K, AC round shape LED bulb. Make: Havells / Philips / Bajaj or equivalent (approved by Engineer-in-charge) 9 Supply and installation of 2’ X 2’ 36 W, 220 V, 6500K, LED square surface mounted panel light. Make: Havells / Philips / Bajaj or equivalent (approved by Engineer-in-charge) 10 Providing and laying 30mm - 45 mm bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG 30 @ 5.4% per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of per MORTH specifications
