Tender For Providing And Fixing Stone Floor Renovation/ Repairing Of Ghanta Ghar , Jodhpur - 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal ofexcavated earth, lead upto 50m andlift upto 1.5 m , disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed : All kinds of soil flooring 2 Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in concrete mixer, laid manually, compacted with surface vibrator, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. New flooring 3 Random Rubble stone masonary for foundation and plinth in Cement Sand Mortar above 30 Cm. thick wall IS 1597 (Part-I) 1992 in : Cement Sand Mortar 1:6 (1-Cement:6-Sand). Steps 4 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including raking of joints etc. complete fine finish: 20mm thick. 5 Removing & re-fixing of stone slab flooring set in pattern over 20 mmthick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 course sand) andfinished with cement sand mortar 1:3 complete in all respect. 6 Chiesel dressing of machine cut Jodhpur ashlar stone. 7 Supplying and fixing ashlar sills, jambs, skirting, steps etc. rough dressed:Above 20 cm. thick & above 2.15 m. length thick Soorsagar or eqvt.
