Tender For Proposed Civil Works Of Bilaspur Town Branch At Bilaspur, 1 VITRIFIED TILE FLOORING Providing & fixing vitrified tiles of size 600x600 mm of approved make in flooring laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3,and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles.The tiles shall be of premium quality double charged (first quality) of reputed manufacture i.e. JOHNSON/NITCO/KAJARIA/NIRO GRANITE. The work also includes dismentaling of existing floor/wall tiles or stone & removal of malba and disposal of the same away from site. 190 Sq.mt Cost of Tile Rs. 60/ sq.ft inclusive of delivery, Octroi, loading- Unloading at site and all taxes thereon excluding GST. 2 VITRIFIED TILE DADO & FLOORING in TOILETS Providing and laying 1st quality Viterified glazed/matt finish tiles 600mmx 600mm (as specified in Dado (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer approx 9mm) Water absorption of tiles shall be less than 0.5% and flexural strength (Modulus of Rupture) shall be more than 35 N/Sqmm. on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse) sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Approved makes( Nitco, Johnson, AGL, Kajaria,Sunheart ) Basic rate of tile: Rs 60/-per Sq.ft 76 Sq.mt ( Note: Work Incl.Dismentaling of existing tiles and disposal of material to contractors own dump.) 3 Granite flooring Providing , Laying & fixing of granite stone (Grey shade)15mm to 18mm thick in flooring/skirting treads & risers of steps,laid in any pattern as specified over base of 20mm thick cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone. The work also includes dismentaling of existing floor/wall tiles or stone & removal of malba and disposal of the same away from site
