Purchaser Will Demolish And Clear Upto Ground Level Only. Explosive Should Not Be Used For Dismantling. Any Loss/Damage That May Arise (If Any) From Due To Theft, Accident, Flood Etc Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railways Under Any Circumstances.
