No. 287 6 RCC work with cement andcoarse sand and 20 mm guage stone grit in 1 : 1.5 : 3 SI. No. 284 7 MS (Tor steel or Plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C work SI. No. 504(item no.6+item no7) 8 M-150 class brick work in 1:3 cement mortor with cement & c-sand including mat.Lab.T&P,etc all complete. 9 12mm thick plaster in 1:3 (1 cement mortor and 3 coarse sand) including mat.Lab.T&P etc all complete. 10 Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). 11 Supply and fixing of 80 mm thick interlocking cement tiles with the cost of tiles including supply & spreading of sand to required template as necessary required for proper 12 Supply and fixing Dreamline 3 Seate rcast iron Bench as per market rate 13 Distemper one coat with oil bound distemper of manufacture & required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over & including a priming coatas per ch-15 item no (649+650+651) item no 7 14 Add GST @ 18%
