(Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.) 21 Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade. Thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. of SOR Chapter No. 26 item no. 803(8.13)(Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.) 23 Retro-reflectorised Traffic sign as per IRC-67-2012 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC : 67-2012 made of high intensity greade sheeting wide clause 801.3 friced over aluminium sheeting Type-IV 1.5mm thick supprorted on a mild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian condition as per IRC 67-2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender.(Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.) 24 Road DelinatorProviding and fixing of Standard Metal Delineator as per IRC 79-2019 of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 square cm in white color, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metalic retro reflective sheetingon each side conforming with IRC 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D minimum 40 microns thickness. The delineator shall be painted withpowder coat of pasted on both sides. The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300mm below the ground while being installed. The front and back faces of te delineator should be curved with a radius of not more than 200mm and with delta angle (or central angle of curve) lying between 20 degree and 30 degree to increase the visibility of the delineator for veghicles moving in continuous curves, The delineator shall have grooves across the length to mage the reflective sheets vandal-proof) The retor reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67-2012 & Proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. If somehow tendor pre qualification condition do not ask for government report then the report shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge before finalization of bill. The delineator is meant for application on gaps in median traffic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridges etc. of as desired by site engineer.(Including All Taxes but Excluding G.S.T.)
