    Tender Notice for the work related to the Event Management Agency for City Branding with Pillar & Traffic Signages, Backlit Hoarding, Bus Shelter, etc. in and around Kolkata- 1 City Branding with Pillar & Traffic Signages, Backlit Hoarding, Bus Shelter, etc. in and around Kolkata 2 Minimum 35 numbers of Metro Pillars by bamboo structure for branding with printing of flex with approved branding material including transportation, fitting, fixing & dismantling. Approved design will be provided in due course. 3 Minimum 1250 nos. of Iron Structure for Police/ Traffic Signage of different sizeusing flex, transportation, fitting, fixing & dismantling. Approved design will be provided in due course & to be placed in consultation with Police Authority. 4 Prining, transportation, fitting, fixing, mounting, fabrication of Backlit Hoarding with flex & dismantling including rent for 6-8 days upto 7th February, 2025. Approved design will be provided in due course. 5 Printing and fabrication at earmarked space (of minimum 150 Bus Shelters) with Self Adhesive Vinyl. Approved design will be provided in due course. 6 Government Taxes 7 All types of Government Taxes
