Tender For Electrical Work - WORK OF REPAIRING/SERVICE AND OVERHAULING OF 110 V BATTERY CHARGER & OTHER MISC. WORKS AT 220 KV S/S PAHADI, CHITRAKOOT & 132 KV S/S ATTARA, BANDAUNDER ETD BANDA. Sl. No. Item Description 1 Details of Work. 2 Repairing and Overhauling/ Servicing of 110 Volts Battery chargers ( 01 Nos. 110 V HBL (200 AH Capacity) at 132 KV S/S ATTARAand 02 Nos. Chloride Make Battery charger ( 500 AH Capacity each) at 220 KV S/S PAHADI . The work will include-(a) General cleaning outside and inside of the battery charger for the removal of dirt & dust using cleaner.(b) Checking of all coils, contactors, Filters, PCB Components &alarms and replacement if found defective.(c) Checking of all indication lamps and replacement of defective ones.(d) Checking & tightening of all the terminal connections.(e) Testing of charger operationFloat& Boost mode as well as emergency mode. (f) Check the condition of rotary switches, push buttons. Cleaning & attending them for minor repairs ( replacement if found defective). The terminals of the rotary switch must be tightened. (g) Check all the fuses and replace with new one if found defective. 3 Repairing and Overhauling & Servicingof 33 KV VCB at 132 KV S/S Atarra Under ETD Banda. Work consist of : (a) Checking & Adjustment of Snatch gap travel of drive Insulators rod and tie rod of each Pole.(b) Replacement of all damaged and defective parts closing latch assembly, trip latch, close coil etc and its proper adjustment. Cleaning & greasing.(c)Oiling and Greasing of CRANK gear by openng of lock, circlip etc. (d)Dismentling of all pole linkage, pins and rod assembly, cleaning, greasing and its proper adjustment. (e)Check statisfactory close/trip operation of the breaker both by local remote.(f)Check close/trip timing by digital timer (g) Repairing of mechanism for solving the mechnical problem.. After Overhauling of VCB following test to be carried out. (i) Opening & Closing time of breaker of each Pole (ii)carring of contact resistance measurement of each Pole. (iii) Checking of Megger value of breaker Pole. 4 Repair & complete overhauing of operating mechanism of 132 KV Isolators at 132 KV S/S Atarra. The work involves the cutting, bending, rectification i.e. pipe & its connecting clamps, lubrication of all the moving parts like bush and roller assembly for completion of above work satisfactorily. All the required consumables material shall be in the scope of contractor. Latch, closing trigger, removal of defective rollers and re-fixing of new roller, re-assembly of same operating mechanism assemblyincluding all associated work for successful completion of job. 5 Rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes.
