    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - 100000 Annual Maintenance Service - Desktops, Laptops And Similar Category Peripherals 1. The service provider will carry-out preventive maintenance of UPS on quarterly basis. 2. Minor faults to be attended within 24 hours on intimation by the controlling officer. 3. Attending the repair work on critical faults immediately (within two hours) on intimation. 4. The replacement of spares, if required have to be done with prior intimation and approval from the controlling officer. 5. The replaced spares to be surrendered to the controlling officer. 6. In case of failure of batteries, during the period of CAMC the firm has to provide substitute batteries as stop gap arrangement atleast for two weeks or until the damaged batteries are replaced by the Institute whichever is earlie Total Quantity :
