Special earthing by way of boring & lowering of GI Pipe 50 mm dia 60 feet long from ground upto water level and it will be connected to the MS strip 50x6mm including providing, laying of MS strip with cutting welding bending etc. for 36 KV VCB’s & 36 KV CT’s etc. of different bays at 132 KV Sub-station, Asha. The earth strip will be welded to the GI Pipe. The work also includes cap & clamps for pouring water. All the materials, labour and T&P shall be supplied by the firm.

Spray painting of following equipment at 132 KV S/S, Asha with one coat of Red Oxide primer (Brush) and two coats of Luxol/ Luxol/Nerobic synthetic enamel paint of first quality (British) after removing of oil with caustic soda/ash including preparation of surface by removing the rust by rubbing with emery paper including cost of all material, labour and T&P as per technical specifications:- (i) Isolator Boxes of 33KV Isolators installed at different Bays.

Routine servicing & overhauling of Isolators installed at 132 KV S/S, Asha. The work includes opening of Isolator mechanism and Jaw/Blade its through cleaning oiling & greasing by applying best quality grease/ Petroleum Jelly then fitting of Jaw/Blade and operating mechanism adjustment of opening / closing of Isolator including adjustment with auxiliary switch contact alongwith proper close/open condition of Isolator arm (male / female contacts) check its operating and also repairing / replacement of damaged clamps / Jaw / Blade / Arm/ Rotating Head (if necessary including all cost of men and miscellaneous consumables etc. for satisfactory completion of the work as per details given below (spare parts hardware shall be provided by the deportment free of cost.
