Tender For Miscellaneous Electrical Works In Ammonia Complex 2025 26; 1 Miscellaneous electrical works in Ammonia Complex : 2025-26 2 Repairing of all type of street light/ flood lightfittingsmounted at a height more than 5M on street light poles/ compound walls/ building walls/ parapets/ structures/ etc. The scope of work includes replacing damaged components such as lamp holder, igniter, choke, capacitor, fuse etc., and rectification of internal wiring faults. The light fitting may betaken down, if required, andfixed back properly after repair.The lighting fixtures including the acrylic / glass cover shall be properly cleaned after repair. The rate quoted shall be for repairing of all lamps in each fitting (i.e.a double lamp fitting will be considered as repaired only if both the lamps are working after repair). All materials required for work will be supplied by FACT as free issue.In case of buildings, the height will be measured from the respective floors. (for example, if a lighting fixture is provided in the parapet of 3rd floor of a building, the height will be measured from the terrace of third floor only.) 3 Repairing and servicing of high bay/ medium bay lighting fixtures of all types by replacing defective parts. 4 Repairing and servicing of Aviation warning lighting fixture, on flare stack and other high rise structures. 5 Repairing and servicing of well glass lighting fixture with out control gear (fittings with GLS/MLL/CFL) by replacing defective parts. 6 Repairing and servicing ofwell glass lighting fixtures with separate control gear (fittings with 80/125/250 W HPMV/ HPSV lamps)by replacing defective parts 7 Excavation and backfilling of cable trench as per the following dimension for laying of cables. Width - 300 mm Depth - 750 mm. All the materials such as Sand, Brick etc. required for the work will be issued by the Company free of cost. However, transportation of these items inside the Company premises shall be arranged by the Contractor. The trench shall be back filled with the loose earth, after laying of cable. 8 Laying of power cables up to and including 4 x 16 sq.mm/ control cables up to and including 19 x 2.5 sq.mm/ Unarmoured earth conductors up to and including 120 sq.mm (Insulated/ uninsulated)/ armored telephone cables up to 20 pair. The scope of work shall include laying, dressing, clamping on cable trays / racks / risers, trays fixed onwalls / columns, brackets welded to structural supports, laying through GI / PVC pipes, cable trenches etc. 9 Laying of power cables above 4 x 16 sq.mm up to and including 3.5 x 95 sq.mm/ single core Unarmoured earth conductors above120 sq.mm up to and including 300 sq.mm (Insulated/ uninsulated) / armored telephone cables above 20 pair up to and including 100 pair. The scope of work shall include laying, dressing, clamping on cable trays / racks / risers, trays fixed onwalls / columns, brackets welded to structural supports, laying through GI / PVC pipes, cable trenches etc. 10 Supply of decorative warm up/down lights suitable for out door walls.Preferable make: Luker Halo W2,LODARCD-6D/Havells clio wall light series/Philips Up down light ( Model:31450)/Crompton updown wall light ( 10 W) 11 Supply of decorative garden top lights suitable for out doorpurpose. Preferable make: Luker 12/8w,Dune B3 with bulb/Havells - CONE LED BOLLARD/ Philips blade light( model 58173)/ Crompton Heritage landscape light. 12 Fixing and servicing of Spot/ focus/ flood LED lights / Decorative wall lights/ Piller top lights/Garden lights etc. on appropriate basement (MS or Concrete ) . All required fasteners /acessories / consumables are under the scope of contractor. Required luminarie shall be supplied by FACT. 13 Unskilled miscellaneous works, such as cleaning of MCC rooms, Transformer rooms, HT & LT panels transportation of materials etc. Payment shall be calculated on 8 hours basis. 14 Skilled miscellaneous works such as electrical revamping works, cable jointing works,disconnection / termination of cables, PM works on HT & LT panels etc., The skilled worker should be ITI Electrician Certificate holder or should posses valid Wireman license issued by the Kerala State Electricity Licensing Board. Payment shall be calculated on 8 hours basis.
