    Tender For Overhauling Of Two 02 Nos High Pressure Air Compressors Capacity 40Kg Per Sq Cm Along With supply installation testing and commissioning Of Auto Control Panel=-1 Complete Overhauling of High-Pressure Air Compressor (Capacity 40 Kg/ cm2) including changing of its oilA) Rewinding of 3-Phase 415 ± 10%, 50 Hz Frequency, 3.47 Kw (5 Hp), 1415 rpm, 7.6 Amp Squirrel Cage Induction MotorB) Complete disassembling and cleaning of both CompressorsC) Inspection & Replacement of worn/ damaged parts/components including, but not limited to pistons, rings, bearings, values, seals etcD) Assembling and testing of the Compressors to ensure they meet all safety and performance standardsE) Cleaning of Pressure Vessel 2 Replacement of its pipeline along with its valves 3 SITC of protection and control panel with connected fuse, ML2 contactors, thermal overload relay, single phasing preventor, Over/under voltage protection with delay timers, ON/OFF switch with auto/manual operations and other allied accessories as per site requirement 4 SITC of Air Pressure Switch (25-75 bar)
