Tender For Beautification Work Of Gb Point (Dalabghar) Near Mentally Retarded Institute In Shastripuram Under Loha Mandi Zone. - 1 Dismantling/Screping old existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 meters. 2 Dismantling of R.C.C./R.B work including stacking of material as directed by E/IC within distance of 60 meters. (SI No. 694) 3 Scrapping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer in Charge within a distance of 60 meters (200 feet) 4 Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand, mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, laborand tools and plants, etc. Required for proper completion of the work. ( Chapte No. 06 S.I. No. 305) PWD Shedule 2017 5 12mm thick cement plaster in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall forinterior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not excluding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. No extra for mixing any additive. (c) 1 cement : 4 Coarse sand. (Chapter No. 13 S.I. No.-582(ii)) 6 Finishing wall Putty Aproved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undecorated wall surface to give and even shade over and including curing and cost of all material.
