Sl. No. Item Description 1 Major overhauling of each pole mechanism assemblies of pneumatic type 245 KV SF-6 CB CGL make (Year 1995). The job includes overhauling of complete mechanism assembly including opening of control valve assembly holding latch anti-pumping pin, opening & cleaning of pneumatic system, cylinder shock absorber etc. cleaning & greasing of all these parts, opening of reservour, checking of electrical connection and tightening them. Rectification of air leakage problem through NRV safety valve replacement of consumable spares as roller D valve sheet, O-ring P-80, O-ring P-18,O-ring P-07 etc. and other damaged rings if necessary. Overhauling of NRV and air filter of switch cubical along with replacement of all defective gaskets. Rectification of gas leakage by replacement of O-ring and brazing of gas pipe assembly of the mechanism satisfactorily operation of breaker from local & remote of the following 220KV feeders/Transformer bays at 400 KV Sub-station Unnao with all cost of required O-rings, gaskets, misc. consumable items, skilled technician and T&P for satisfactory completion of work. 2 220 KV GIS KNP RD Lucknow Bay 3 220 KV Bithoor Bay 4 220 KV R.P.H. Bay 5 220 KV Bus Coupler Bay 6 315MVA T/F-I LV Side Bay 7 500MVA T/F-II LV Side Bay 8 160MVA T/F-I HV Side Bay 9 160MVA T/F-II HV Side Bay 10 Complete dismantling of INGERSOL RAND make compressor installed at 220KV SF-6 circuit breakers of above 220KV Lines/ T/F baysat 400 KV S/S Unnao and their thorough overhauling by way of cleaning and replacing all gaskets (Form manufacturer tune kit), draining of old lubricating oil, cleaning of reservoir, filling of new lubricating oil of suitable grade, assembling the compressor after complete overhauling and commissioning the same including replacement of worn out motor drive belt and filling up of lubricating oil in compressor reservoir with SAE-40 grade lubricating oil and testing, including all cost of materials, T&P, and labour.The work also includes oiling and greasing of mechanism & motors. 11 Measurement of contact resistance all the poles of above 220KV Circuit Breakers with all cost of required skilled technician and T&P for satisfactory completion of work.
