Defect to be rectified and exhaust system to be proved for satisfactory operation. In way job includes removal and fitment of exhaust lagging. E-082 Fire Valve Hydrant 03 in nos fire hydrant in main deck discharged valve not holding fire main water pressure (6 Bar) and water leakage observe from all 3 valves. Defective hydrant valve mechanism to be repaired and hydrostatic pressure test to be carried out up to 10 Bar for satisfactory operation (all in way jobs included). L-066 Emergency DA battery charger Emergency DA starting battery not getting charged view control panel battery charger (type: SMPS PWM, cap: 12 V DC, 10 Amps) SMPS control circuit defective. Defective charger to be repaired/ replaced defective parts and proved for satisfactory operation (all in way jobs included). L-067 Portable Battery charger Portable battery charger (type: cap:12/24 V DC 40 Amps) for RIB and diesel driven emergency compressor starting battery is defective view DC rectifier and relay unit defective. Defective charger to be repaired/ replaced defective parts and proved for satisfactory operation (all in way jobs included). L-068 Flood light Starboard bridge wing water proved (IP68) flood light (type: LED, cap: 65W, 230 V AC) not working view LED driver defective. Defective driver to be repaired/ replaced and proved for satisfactory operation (all in way jobs included). E-088 Stbd & Center DA Sea water leakage observed from gauge line adaptors.
