Setting Up Of Uts Pavilion At Prayagraj During The Maha Kumbh Mela From 13.01.2025 To 26.02.2025 => Limited-Reception-Cum helpdesk :One table and two chairs. 2. Rest room:- Arrangements for the pilgrims from this UT for their rest which inter alia will include 03 beds, 01 sofa and 10 to 12 rest chairs.3. Dormitories : Male Dormitory :20 bed capacity (i.e.10 double decker/ bunk beds)for male participants/ officials.Female dormitory : 10 bed capacity(i.e. 05 double decker/ bunk beds) Dormitories should have mobile charging facilities. Sufficient linen and blankets to be provided .4. Toilet/Bathrooms: Setting up of 02 separate toilets (01 Indianfor Femaleand 01 Indian & 01 European for females) and 02 separate bathrooms for male and female participants / officials. Sufficienttoiletries to be provided.5. Installation of Sound system, lighting, sufficient charging points/sockets ,rooms heaters and electrical fittings as per requirement of the Pavilion.6. BackdropA backdrop of flex material at the stage (18X15 ft) showing photos of the culture / heritage / tourist / historical sites, cuisines and flora and fauna of this UT. 7. Exhibition / sale counter : A counter for exhibiting /saleof handicrafts / art/ craft/goods etc., of this UT. 8. Brochures/Pamphlets: Disseminating information by way of distributing brochures/pamphlets about tourist sites of this UT.9. Stage:- A stage is to be set-up with size 18 feet x 15 feet for performance of cultural programmes.10. Housekeeping and cleaning :Providing housekeeping and cleaning of the pavilion till completion of the Kumbh Mela. 11. The Pavillion should be well lit and well ventilated .12. Display Board : A backlit board of size 20 ft X 4 ft displaying “Andaman& Nicobar Pavillion” at the top of the entrance of the Pavillion to be installed.13. Manpower : a.Two staff(one male and female) to be deployed for the Reception Counter .b. Two staff(one male and one female )to be deployed for regular cleaning and housekeeping etc.
