Tender For Electro-Mechanical Repairs And Replacement/ Maintenance Work To Machinery/Water Tanker Bearing Nos. 8047, 5076, 5231 Of Water Works Division Srinagar- 1 Repairs to Gear Box System, job includes dismantling/ fitting of gear box system, repair/ replacement of gear rod adjusters, GB lock set, roller set, gaskets, etc, P/F of bonding tubes, gear oil and other allied works.The items used shall be from OEM under the instructions of engineer in charge. (No. 8047) 2 Replacement of damaged gear and allied parts. 3 Replacement of damaged needle bearings, roller bearings, GB top Bearings & allied parts. 4 Replacement of damaged shafts & allied parts. 5 Replacement of damaged synchroniser rings, synchroniser kits & allied parts. 6 Repairing/ Replacement of clutch cylinder and other allied works ( job also includes labour, machining and other costs of the items used, etc).The items used shall be from OEM under the instructions of engineer in charge. (No. 5231) 7 Repairing/ Replacement of Brake cylinder (job also includes labour, machining and other costs of the items used, etc) and other allied works.The items used shall be from OEM under the instructions of engineer in charge. (No. 5231) 8 Replacement of brake lining set (job includes labour, machining, and other costs of items used, etc) and other allied works. (No. 5231) 9 Repairing/ Replacement of Leaf springs along-with re-tensioning (job includes p/f of washer, pin, bush, bolts, etc.) and other allied works. The items used shall be from OEM under the instructions of engineer in charge. (No. 5231, 5076) 10 Replacement of Ball valve of 65 mm dia. (Sant/ Zoloto/ Leader/ Kartar/ eqv., Bro/SS, ISO certified of PR PN-40), reducer, nipples, etc and other allied works. The items used shall be from OEM under the instructions of engineer in charge. (No.5231) 11 Replacement of complete self starter Assembly. The items used shall be from OEM under the instructions of engineer in charge. (No. 5076) 12 Repair/ Replacement to wheel system, job includes P/F of inner/outer Wheel oil seal, Wheel bearing, shoes spring, greasing in wheel hubs and other allied works. (No. 8047). The items used shall be from OEM under the instructions of engineer in charge. 13 F/I/T/C of portable wood burning fire place along with exhaust pipes and tray fabricated out of GI sheet of standard material, dimensions and gauge. The job includes cutting GI sheet, welding, drilling, rivetting, bolting, clamping, etc and allied works for the completion of job. The job also includes providing of allied accessories (fire proof gloves, ladle, tongs, blow pipe of standard material, dimensions and gauge) (at BD Filling Point). The details/ specifications shall be provided by engineer in charge.
