down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts washing, rubbing down and cleaning oil greasy spots etc and apply one coat of white wash to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2 M&L for preparation ofold surfaces of ceiling by brooming down with steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts washing, rubbing down and cleaning oil greasy spots etc and apply one coat of white wash to ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 3 M&L for complete removal of exisiting treatmentold surface with complet removal over finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade(Two coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)filling gaps by putty after washing rubbing down and stoppingcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4 M&L for preparation of old concrete, brick , stone ,asbestos cementor plaster surface surfaces and applying two coats Plastic emulsion paintof any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5 M&L for preparation ofold surfaces of walls by brooming down with steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts washing, rubbing down and cleaning oil greasy spots etc and applying one coat of distemperingwith oil emulsion distemper white or any tinted on walls, normal or camoufagepattern filling gaps by putty after washing rubbing down and stopping of distermpered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 M&L for complete removal of exisiting treatment and applying two coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturers specification filling gaps by putty after washing rubbing down and stopping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 7 M&L for complete removal of exisiting treatment and applying two coats of distemperingwith oil emulsion distemper white or any tinted on walls, normalfilling gaps by putty after washing rubbing down and stopping of distermpered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 8 M&L for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paintcomplete all as specified and as directed. 9 M&L for prepration of old steel surface of any discription over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paintcomplete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L for cutting chases, pinning in brick wall making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc. Making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified. 11 Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size/ quality description) from metal/Aluminium/Wooden frameincluding punching or drilling out old glazing pin/spring clips and providing and fixing new one complete all as specified and directed. 12 S&F 4.00mm thick sheet plain glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/ wooden beads with nails in square n.exe 0.5 Square metre in each pane etc complete all as specified and directed. 13 S&F for 4.00mm thick figured type pin headed glass sheet ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/ wooden beads with nails in square n.exe 0.5 Square metre in each pane etc complete all as specified and directed. 14 Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water etc and removing all debris to a distance exc 50 mtr but not exc 100 mtrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 15 M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 16 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/stone wall or concrete surfaces,other than fair face finished even & smooth(without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), including mixing of liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note: Supply only liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this BOQ. 17 Supply only liquid water proofing admixture @ 0.20 litre per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 18 M&L for making good the broken surface of chajja /facia/roof projection and the simalr work by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using crused stone aggregate, or providing 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 as per site requirment as patchesand including necessary formwork scafolding required hight of building n-exc 9.50mtr complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge. 19 S&F in repair stack clamps 75/100/150 mm diafor out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron round 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roofwith proper mannercomplete all as specified and directed. 20 S&F in repair 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) rain water pipes, pressure rating 4 kg/sqcm, single or double socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall with clamps, (work to be commenced upto 15metre height), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 21 S&F in repair PVC (SWR) rain water pipes bend and shoe, any radius, for 110 mm bore pipe, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 22 M&L for preparation of old/previously decorated unplastered or plastered surfaces offair & smooth of wall/ceiling/roofand writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm hight with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 23 M&L for providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smoothcomplete all as specified. 24 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfacestwo coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturers specification over acomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 25 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfacestwo coats over finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade(Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specifiedand directed by Engr-in Charge. 26 SCHEDULE A PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch A Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
