Bids Are Invited For Operation And Maintenance Of Lifts (Elevators) - Complete System all as per Scope of Work Attached COMPREHENSIVE MAINTANANCE TO LIFTS AT TYPE -V MD ACCN (NANDINI BUILDING) CGAE BAJPE 1 Comphrensive maintenance, repair and servicing of following electrical operated passenger lift including attending break down, technical failures and faults in the elevators and equipment failures, equipment stoppage or erectic opertion and all other faults occurig in equipment including replacing the spares required by recommended agency complete comprising with all trouble free service to the user of 24 Hrs including sunday/Holiday such as function of ARD, 2VVVF device, all controlling cards such as (VSRL, DPS, SFRL etc) all controlling MCBs/contacts, panel board wiring including door roller, floor timing call cancel timing, auto attendant mode, inter lock buzzer fire men switch and passenger over load function examining, adjusting, lubricating, greasing the parts and repair/ replacement as required of machine motor, gearbox and controller parts of safety devices, renewing governors, renewal of hoist ropes and repair/ replacement of gear box oil, alam bells, indicators, low voltage protection relay, including repair and rewinding of motor etc.Also contractor is fully responsible to cleaning the machine during the time of servicing, all as specified and as directed. MAKE OF LIFT- OTIS (2 Nos) (a) Two Passenger lift of 13 passenger capacity make : OTIS, speed 1.5 m/s, 1380 rpm, 400V, 50Hz, auto door type with ARD facility, catering four floors (4 landing) including ground floor installed at Type-V Md Accn (Nandini Building), CGAE Bajpe complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No-1(a) 1.The comprensive maintenanace shall be done through OEM or authorized agency of OEM (OTIS) 2. The contractor shall enter into a MOU (Memorandum of understanding ) with the OEM for maintenanace of lift. 3. The parts shall be genuine and from original equipment manufacture (OEM and approved by Engr in Charge). 4.The contractor is responsible to carried out minimum one routine check up through OEM (once in a month) or as per as per direction of Engineer in charge to ensure the serviceability and proper functioning of the lifts in all respect (each month will consider as 01 job). 5.All stainless steel parts such as lift car enclosure, opening doors, jamps cills etc shall be throughly cleaned to remove corrosion, stains etc with suitable solution, the contractor shall also clean and properly maintain machine rooms, machineries and lift well as directed by EIC. The rate quoted for respective terms shall be deemed to include the same. 6. Any breakdown/complaints shall be attend and rectify with in the same day 7.The rate quoted for above items shall be included for replacement of any spares consumales accessories like emergency alarm and other conected iems becoming un serviceable during the period and no extra claim shall be allowed. 8. All spares are included in rate quoted. Any unserviceble parts replaced shall be as per existing make and as per manufacturer suggestion and also approved by the Engr-in- charge before excution Total Quantity :
