Short E-Tender For Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning (Sitc) Of Highly Technical And Highly Sophisticated Medical Equipment-Heart Lung Machine With Heater Cooler Unit (Cardio Pulmonary Bypass Machine)-1 Heart Lung Machine: as per technical specification. 2 Heater - Cooler unit: as per technical specification. 3 Thermal blanket -Adult 4 Thermal blanket -Paediatric 5 Instrument tray with mounting arm 6 Rectal/Esophagal Temperature probe - Adult 7 Rectal/Esophagal Temperature probe - Paediatric/ Infant 8 Machine cover 9 Mechanical Gas Mixer with accessories 1.1 Heart lung machine is an apparatus, through which blood is temporarily diverted, during heart surgery, to oxygenate it and pump it throughout the body, thus maintaining circulation until the heart and lungs are able to return to normal functioning. 1.2 State of art Heart Lung Machine for cardio thoracic surgery with all standard accessories for Adult, Paediatric & Neonatal Patients for Performing advance Heart Surgery. 1.3 It should be highly technical, sturdy, durable , compact and user friendly. 2 Basic equipment should be consist of the following unit: 2.1 3+1 twin Pump Console or 5 pump console 2.2 Temperature Control Module (Hypo-Hyper thermia unit) 2.3 Monitors as mentioned below: a It should have minimum 3 Nos. pressure monitoring facility (i.e. for 2 Nos. for aterial pressure and 1 No. cardioplegia) b It should have minimum 3 timers. c It should have minimum 4 channel (4 Nos.) temperature monitoring facility. d Cardioplegia pump should have display of total volume of each infusion along with delivery time with tubing holder. 2.4 It should have mechanical Gas Mixer for Neonate to adult patient for mixing of Oxygen and Air, it should be supplied with hoses and flowmeter. 2.5 It should have safety devices as mentioned below: a It should have Blood Level Sensor. b It should have Bubble detector compatible with 1/4 & 3/8 tubing. 3 Technical Specification for 3+1 Twin Pump Console or 5 pump console 3.1 The unit should have 3+1 Twin pump console or 5 pump console compactly arranged with separate power supply and control modules. Should have easy access connectors for interchanging the pump. 3.2 Each individual roller pump should be capable of running independently at available voltage. 3.3 It should have a spill proof base. 3.4 The unit should be supplied with a Battery backup for all pumps and safety systems and accessories for a minimum of 30 minutes. Switch over from main power to battery backup should be automatic and immediate. The battery unit should be built in to the pump base and it should be recharged automatically when the system is operating with main power supply. 3.5 Individual pump should have digital display of flow parameters in RPM & LPM . 3.6 Pump should have easy mechanism for occlusion setting for tubes. 3.7 It Should have hand crank facility as a critical safety feature hand crank loading should be from top for faster access. Minimum 4 Nos. hand crank should be provided with each unit. 3.8 The Console should have mobile study base platform with vertical and horizontal poles, bottle hanger and with required all electrical and electronics components 3.9 Tubing holders of different sizes: 1/4”-6 pair, 3/8”-3 pair , 1/2”-3 pair, 1:4 (1/4 * 1/16 for cardioplegia) - 3 pairs should be supplied with each machine. 3.10. Roller pump should have a self diagnostic circuit with provision to detect and display critical alarm conditions. 3.11 Flow delivery range : 0.01 to 10 LPM atleast three pump able to deliver 3.12 It should have a monitor mount with adjustable monitoring arm 3.13 It should have console lamp. 3.14 Heater cooler system: Temperature Control and Monitor system with following features: a Simultaneous delivery of water for arterial/cardioplegia heat exchangers and to thermal blankets to be available from suitable ports. b Temperature display range of up to 40 ° Celsius and remote temperature display unit module with 4-temperature display. c Microprocessor based unit to control cool, rewarm and maintain temperature. d Water outlet temperature should be controllable in range 3° C - 40° C. e Maximum flow performance of oxygenator heat exchanger supply port 10 – 25 LPM for fast cooling; 480mmHg maximum pressure; Blanket 1.5 to 2.5 LPM at zero head. f Cooling & rewarming option should be available g It should be capable of providing ice water for cardioplegia independently with variable cooling rate 3.15 Monitors: a PRESSURE MONITOR: Facility to monitor two arterial line pressure and one cardioplegia line pressures (total 3 Nos.); along with necessary pressure transducers cables and dome with accurate digital display, audio & visual alarm, at the time of delivery it should have stop, reset and start function. b TEMPERATURE: at a time simultaneous display of 2 Temperature for patient monitoring and for cardioplegia monitoring with digital display in Celsius should be available. 3.16 Gas Mixer (Blander) for Neonate to adult patient a To work at 50-60 PSI for membrane oxygenator with water trap attached with necessary hoses and connections of minimum of 5 meters length. 3.17 ULTRASONIC bubble SENSOR: Ultra sonic bubble sensor to detect bubbles to work equally well with crystalloid and blood; should be possible to fit anywhere in the circuit easily. 3.18 Blood LEVEL SENSOR to work well with crystalloid and blood with adhesive pads, with alarm settings. 4 Standards, safety and training:System Should have US FDA or European CE with four digit notified body number certificate and certificate to be submitted 5 Below mentioned accessories should be supplied with each Heart Lung Machine with Heater cooler unit. a Thermal Blanket - Adult = 2 Nos with each system b Thermal Blanket - Paediatric = 2 Nos with each system c Instrument tray with mounting arm = 1 No. with each system d Rectal/Esophagal Temperature probe - Adults = 2 Nos. with each system e Rectal/Esophagal Temperature probe - pediatric/Infant = 2 Nos. with each system f Machine cover - 1 No. with each system g Mechanical Gas Mixer - 1 No. with each system
