Assembly and erection of New UST machine – approx. 30 tons 2. Alignment of the machine as and when required 3. Cutting , Grinding, and welding or any modification required during erection, alignment, and commissioning 4. Removal , re- installation of existing aprons or rollers – approx. 5 ton 5. Modification of existing apron/aprons if required during installation of machine 6. Manpower and supervision support during trials and commissioning of machine - Competent manpower with valid AM/NS Gate Pass for executing this job - Competent supervision - PPE for manpower - Lifting Tools and Tackles, special tools <(>&<)> Equipments - hydra - Scaffolding if required ( for work at hight jobs ) SCOPE OF WORK: AMNS PLATE MILL WORK PERMIT SAFE PLACE TO EXECUTE THE JOB CRANE FOR ERECTION Movement of Manpower / Associates at our Hazira Site. 1. No Pedestrian/Cycles/Two Wheelers movement will be allowed inside the Plant Premises. 2. Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors to ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. Other Terms: Associate has to undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. AMNS has its own Secures Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is use for processing the Gate Pass. Specific Penalty for non-performance by vendor and must be cardinally measured. - Penalty for non-compliance of safety rules, Delay incident/Delay Abnormality will be imposed on the contractor. The same will be deducted from respective month’s invoice of the contractor.
