Note For Srl item No 01 :(i)Painting charges for filter shell, oxidation chamber and pipe line shall be inclusive in the rate quoted by the contractor against this item.(ii)The quoted rate against this item shall be inclusive of all materials as per manufactures drawings design and specification frontal pipe line (above filter shell),level gauge, inlet/outlet connection - 01 Set,and civil worksincluding drain & pit to accommodate the entire plant etc as well as any misc fittings Tee, bend, MS pipe in required length including welding charges to connect filter plant with existing raw water pipe line(iii) The depth and quantity or filter media shall be as per manufacturers’/ particular specification.The plant shall be installed matching with existing water supply system including m&l for necessary connection/modification etc complete all as specified and as directediv) The size,thick and Quantity of gravels and Catalytic media shall be as per manufacturer standard description and as given in particular specification.(v)The plant shall have air release arrangement with 02 (Two) Nos pressure gauge to monitor head loss across the filter and sampling cocks on the inlet and outlet ends.(vi) The filter vessel shall have manhole, hand hole.and supporting legs complete in all respect. (vii) The drawing of same should be proposed by OEM and approved by GE before commencing of the work. |
