(MoRT&H Specification No. 503 (Excluding Cost of GST) 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm & 11.2mm (Proportion 2:1) aggregates using VG-10 bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, incluing mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades.
