PVC Tee 9 80mm dia. GI Flange 10 80mm dia CIDF sluice valve(PN-1.0) As per I.S 14846 11 Supply delivery and fitting fixing of 4ft. Long 20 watt LED tube light set white colour ( Make- Philips/ Any approved)For Satyabala ID Hospital 12 Servising charges of Airconditioner through proper cleaning and washing by the vaccum cleaner and gas refiling complete the job as per direction EIC.For Satyabala ID Hospital 13 Labour for hoisting 2000 lit capacity PVC tank from ground level to 7th story building roof hight PWD Schedule Sl. No. 19(II)Page No.- 37 of 124 W.E.F- 01.11.2017 14 Fitting & fixing of above supply PVC tank (item no -1.1) on existing position and making rising main, delivery line, interconnection, overflow lines using the supply materials of (item no.- 1.2 to1.9) & other existing reusable materials & testing complete as per direction
