Providing & applying of a 4 component, single layer, seamless, solvent-free, moisture insensitive and food-safe polyurethane concrete flooring system of density more than 2050 kg/cu.mtr to have a textured matt finish matching below mentioned performance properties:1. Abrasion resistance of SPECIAL class (class AR 0.5 - less than 0.05mm thickness loss) as per BS 8204 part 2 2. E-Modulus of between 15-20 GPa3. Adhesion to concrete shall be more than 1.5Mpa4. Tensile strength of 5Mpa as per ISO R 5275. Flexural strength of 12 Mpa as per ISO 1786. Fire resistance classification of Bfl-S1 as per EN 13501-1:20027. Cleanable to standards of Stainless steelApplied at a thickness of 9mm over a 1mm scratch coat of polyurethane concrete an authorised applicator of the manufacturer in accordance with the application guideline as provided by the manufacturer.
