    DD - MUMBAI CITY-MAROL(MMR ZONE- I)INDUSTRIAL AREA...Maintenance and repair to NRB at Udyog Sarathi Bldg...Providing doors materials at various location in Udyog Sarathi Bldg.Estimated Cost :- 4,01,514-- 1 Removing doors and windows with frames and stacking the materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete. 2 Providing and fixing Indian teak woodjoistsandgirdersintimber floorsofsingle,doubleorframed typeincludingscaffoldingif necessary,andonecoatofprimer etc. complete. 3 Providing and fixing floor spring boxesforaluminumdoors,swinging type with 180 degree swinging as per IS:7197-1990, including all labour andmaterialsetc.complete.(Rate excluding GST) 4 ReplacementofdamagedMortise Lock of approved quality and make to door shutter including Removing and Refixing with Necessaryscrew,makingproper adjustment for smooth operation etc.completeaspersample approved by Engineer in-chareg. 5 Providing & Fixing 35mm thk Phenol bondedFlushDoorfinishwith3- 4mm thk Veneer on both sides as per approvedpattern.Alledgesshould finishwithteakwoodlippingwith melamine polish.
