    Tender Details

    Supply Of 10 Nos. 1500 Liter Capacity Stainless Steel Water Tanks For Water Supply Of Motor Vehicles Dept. Under Howrah Municipal Corporation. Detail Technical Requirement Is Enclosed At Annexure I.-Supply of S.S Water Tank Trailer 1500 Ltr capacity. Tank: water tank is made from 3mm thick S.S 304 Sheet elleptical shape machine rolled & both inside and out side electrically welded. One no 18 dia manhole should be at the top of the tank.2 nos 1/2 bib cock should be fitted at rear end of the tank & 1 no drain cock should by provide bottom side of the tank. Chasis: The chasis is made fro 100X50mm M.S channel with draw bar is made from same section complete with eye look & folding type parkingstand. Axle: The axle is made from 2 and 1/2 square-5 length made from high tensile strength square bar with heavyduty hubs with SKF 30209 bearing.Wheel : 2 nos 7.50X16 tyre with tube and heavy duty rim fitted withaxle. Suspension : 2 nos semi arc spring set made from 70X10-11 leaves is fitted with the chasis by U- bolt,hanger etc.Painting : The chasis is painted with one coat of red oxide primer & 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint. The tank is polished mirror finish and writing the name of corporation etc. Note : i) The rate includes delivery charge to your corporation. ii) The rate includes G.S.T.
