Erection Of Temporary Structure And Supply Of Different Items On Hire Basis For 4Th District Shristishree Mela 2025 At St.Georges School Playground,Pedong Under Pedong Development Block= 1 Hire and labour charges for erection of temporary rigid cultural stage of size 40 x 25(wooden or iron structure) make with adequate Bamboo andSal structure, planking and floor made by wood / 32 mm ply wood of size 20 x 30 fully decorated by flower and other decorative materials,wall covering by decorative cloth.Height ofStage Platform 4 from G.L covered with floor mat including the staircase.(For entire mela period)-Rate including GST & other charges 2 Hire and labour charges for erection of temporary stall (Size of individual stall 10 x 10) with strong bamboo/sal bullah frame resting on strong bamboo structure posts as per direction including maintenance as required (upto 100 min ht.) roof should be projected upto 20 from all walling. with supply of wooden rack, 2 nos plastic table, 3 nos armless plastic chair in each stall, including , incidental charges like water proofing etc.(For entire mela period).(Payment will be made as per floor area)Rate including GST & other charges 3 Walling with water proof tarpaulin/hessian without bamboo/sal framing and post complete. 4 Inside walling and ceiling with clean white or colour washed cloth with bamboo/ sal framing and post complete 5 Hire and labour charges for erection of temporary Office Room (Size of individual stall 12 x 15) with wooden floor & cover with green carpet, 3 side covered by 19 mm hard ply board andsupply of wooden rack, 3 nos plastic table(with white cover table cloth), 3 nos armless plastic chair(with white cover cloth) in each stall, including , incidental charges like water proofing etc.(For entire mela period) Rate including GST 6 Hire and labour charges for erection of 2 nos of temporary green room (Size 10 x 15) with wooden floor & cover with green carpet, 4 side covered by 19 mm hard ply board 12 nos armless plastic chair and 3 nos PVC Table.(For entire mela period) Rate including GST. 7 Audience Space infront of Cultural Stage with bamboo structure,ceiling covering with hessian of total area 50 x 60 with vip area of size 50 x 15 should be covered with floor mat and necessary lighting arrangement.(For entire mela period) Rate including GST. 8 Hire and labour charge for Supplying & erection of temporary Entrance & Exit gate 14 x 12 high (box 3 x 3) with flex including printing(matter will be supplied by the deptt).(For entire mela period) Rate including GST 9 Hire Charges for Supplying and laying of wooden platform of ht 6 with size 6 x 3 including hire and labour charges as per direction.
