Model- STS50/13, Including Pipe-dia 1.5 inch and Bend-1.5 inch Make- WILO 9 Supply electric panel to start the above said pumps And lightening connection. 10 Supply MS pipe 100 mm dia 5mm thick 11 Supply MS bend 100 mm dia 12 Supply of MS flange 100mm 13 Supply of DI joint of size 100 mm 14 Hiring charges of 62 KVA capacity DG set as per site requirement with diesel and transportation complete at site of work and making arrangements for lighting inside the booster 15 Safety arrangement Air Face Mask, Air Line Breathing Apparatus, Hand Blowers, Helmet, Gum Boots, Protective Bodysuits, Hand Gloves, Gas Detector, Safety Belts, Resuscitation Apparatus, Oxygen Inhalator, Portable Ladder, First Aid Box, Caution Board, Caution Tape, Barrier Cone, Litmus Paper, Torch, Fire Extinguisher etc. arranged by the firmat site of work for safe working. 16 Dewatering of line & scatter water with the help of submersible pump set i/c all accessories as per site requirement 17 Fixing of pump set by cutting of old 100 mm CI line including cutting of rusted nut/bolt and breaking of CI line with the help of breaker & dismantled the same. Making the foundation with the help of heavy labour i/c Brickwork, finishing the surface etc. required, fixing of pipe NRV Valve with the help of labour the work. The work includes all labour like fitter, welder, cutter, helper, Beldar, chowkidar, supervisor, and electrician & material like welding machine, welding rod, cutter set, oxygen cylinder, LPG cylinder, T&P and transportation to & fro complete, as per site requirement. 18 Testing & commissioning of line on full pressure after completion the work.
