The job includes the dismantling of OCB’s/ VCB’s & reinstallation of the same in the control panel unit. The cost also includes cleaning of 11 KV contacts of HT OCB/VCB Lubrication of movable parts of mechanism of the panel units, replacements of minor parts during the servicing job being done at site. The job also includes servicing and the cost of minor parts & other petty material required to complete the job i.e., OCB shunt trip coil, mechanism greasing etc. The job includes the guarantee, free servicing and mtc for one year including doing the repair of the same and replacement of minor parts setting of protection relays, NO/ NC Contacts, shunt coil etc, free of cost during service tenure of 1 year. 21 Repair and servicing of LT ACB’s of various rating from 630 amp to 1600 amp. of various make. The job includes the dismantling of ACB’s and reinstalling of the same in the control panel after the servicing and repairing etc. The cost also includes cleaning of LT contacts mechanism of the panel units, replacement of minor parts during the servicing job being done at site. The job also includes servicing and the cost of minor parts and other petty material required to complete the job i.e. ACB trip coil, mechanism greasing etc. The job includes the guarantee, free servicing and mtc for one year including the repair of the same and replacement of minor parts setting of protection relays, NO/ NC contacts, strip coil etc, free of cost during service tenure of 1 year. 22 Dehydration of transformer oil. The job includes the cost of dehydration of transformer oil, refilling of oil after dehydration to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. 23 Supply and Refilling of transformer oil in the existing transformer. The job includes the cost of all petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 24 Dismantling, refilling and re-erection of modular type ceiling mounted fire extinguisher 10 kgs. capacity the job includes the cost of new fastener and L shape bracket if required as per site requirement. The job includes cost of other petty material and labour etc as required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction Engineer-in-charge. 25 Supply replacement of epoxy compound spouts in the 11 KV VCB of 630 Amp. after replacement of heated and flashed unserviceable minor parts in the VCB. The job includes all type of labour and petty material required to complete the job. The spouts should be of ABB/Kirloskar/Crompton make only. 26 Supply and replacement of bobbin insulator in the existing HT VCB. The rates should be included for material cost, labor charges, petty material, dismantling of existing etc. as required to complete the job including testing, commissioning etc of the HT VCB. 27 Locating of fault of LT / HT cables laid in underground with the help of fault locating machine. It includes the cost of arrangement of power supply / generator required during the fault locating & digging the earth after found fault location & draw out the faulty cable from the ground and all petty materials required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 28 Drain out transformer oil, opening of transformer part and replacement of gasket, oil seal and silica gel, breather of 750 KVA oil type transformer to stop the leakage of oil as required at site, refilling of oil after complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
