(10 HP motor - 4 Compressor) 7 Supply ofhigh pressure copper pipes along with required fitting for Air Compressor. 8 Supply and installation of 42 mm Copper pipealong with the necessary fittings for Air compressor. 9 Installation of Medical Air Receiver Tank (2,000 litre Tank) along with the supply of auto drain system. 10 Installation of air dryer (110 CFM) along with required fittings. 11 Supply and Installation of 3 stageAir filter along with required fittings. 12 Supply and Installation of PRV (7-4 bar) along with required fitting. 13 Supply and installation of 15 mm Isolation valve (conex) 14 Supply and installation of 22 mm Isolation valve (conex) 15 Supply and installation of 42 mm Isolation value along with brass fitting 16 Supply and installation of 3 phase 4 Core Armoured cable for main electrical panel to pump panel along with the Cable tray and Gland nut. 17 Supply and Installation of 3 core wire for Air dryer and Air receiver Tank(Normal supply) 18 Servicing and replaceof piston ring, “o” ring, Pressure Switch, Oil and essential parts for Existing old Air pump. 19 Supply and Installation of PLC Based Electrical Control Panel (Auto & Manual change Over Unit) 20 Shifting of Vacuum pump(10 HP motor) along with the necessary part 21 Shifting of Vacuum Receiver Tank. (2,000 Ltr. ) 22 Removing of Old Vacuum pump with 5 HP motor of old plant room 23 Installation of Vacuum Receiver 500 ml Tank 24 Vacuum pump Foundation (size4‘ Length x 3’ width)and thickness of the RCC foundation should be(9” below ground level and 3” above ground level) 25 2000 lit. Vacuum Receiver Tank Foundation (size 6’ x 6’ ) RCC foundation thickness should be (9” below ground level and 3” above ground level) 26 Installation of Vacuum pump system (10 HP Motor) 27 Installation of vacuum Receiver (2,000 litre Tank) 28 Supply and Installation of 60 CFM Bacterial filter (Trident Make) fir existing vacuum pump 29 Supply and Installation of 42 mm copper pipe along with the copper fitting. 30 Supply of isolation valve 42 mm 31 Supply of Vacuum Pressure gauge 32 Supply of Vacuum Pressure switch 33 Supply of Vacuum Pump NRV 34 Supply and installation of 3 phase 4 Core Armoured cable, from main electrical panel to pump panel along with the Cable tray and Gland nut for vacuum pump room. 35 Servicing of existing old vacuum pumpand replace of piston ring, ‘O’ ring, Pressure Switch, Oil and essential parts.
