Tender For Arc Valve Operation Works Tijara - Labour charges for cutting, threading and other fabrication works for sub division Tijara under Division Bhiwadi NCR Sl. No. Item Description 1 Threading on GI Pipes different diameter as below (Rate Per Mouth Threading). The Pipes will be supplied by the Department and carting to workshop and after threading of these pipes, firm is liable to transport upto Junior Engineer concerns store own his cost. 2 32 mm 3 50 mm 4 65 mm 5 80 mm 6 Cutting of GI/MS/CI Pipes of any class as below (Rate per Mouth- One cutting only making two pieces). The Pipes will be supplied by the Department. 7 32mm 8 40mm 9 50mm 10 65mm 11 80 mm 12 Welding on M.S. / G.I./CI Pipes and other material by Electric Welding, this includes all the material like welding rods/ equipment like welding machine/ generater, if required for job. 13 At Workshop 14 On Site 15 Providing, Fabrication of Mild SteelPlane Ended/ Flanged Specials like Tees, Bends, Reducers, Enlargers, Plugs, Tail Pieces and Blank Flange made from MS pipes, MS sheet strip and MS Sheet of required sizes by welding, cutting and treading as per site conditions and as directed by the Engineer- In- Charge complete in all respect. 16 Supplying and fixing of MS Rods for different sizes of sluice valveand should be supplied as according to size of old rods including material and finishing for the following sizes. 17 Sluice Valve Size 80mm 18 Sluice Valve Size 100mm 19 Sluice Valve Size 125mm 20 Sluice Valve Size150mm 21 Sluice Valve Size 200mm 22 Supplying of Chuck Nut for different sizes of sluice valveand should be supplied as according to size of Check Nut including material for the following sizes. 23 Sluice Valve Size 80mm 24 Sluice Valve Size 100mm 25 Sluice Valve Size 125mm 26 Sluice Valve Size150mm 27 Sluice Valve Size 200mm 28 Providing of U Plate (U Stand) for different sizes of sluice valve and should be supplied as according to size of old U Plate including material for the following sizes. 29 Sluice Valve Size 80mm 30 Sluice Valve Size 100mm 31 Sluice Valve Size 125mm 32 Sluice Valve Size 150mm 33 Sluice Valve Size 200mm 34 Turning of various size CID joints class-10/15 complete set ( labour charge)The joints will be supplied by the Junior engineer concern of the department and carting to workshop and after turning of these joints, firm is liable to transport upto Jen concern store own cost 35 80 mm dia 36 100 mm dia 37 125 mm dia 38 150 mm dia 39 200 mm dia 40 250 mm dia
