Tender For M/O Completed Scheme Under Na-Ii/Hort Zone.Sh:- Day To Day Repair And Maintenance Work Of Golden Jubilee Park.; 1 Providing Mason (skilled category) for various day to day repairs in the park, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Providing Mason 2nd Class (Semi-skilled category) for various day to day repairs in the park, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Providing Painter (skilled category) for various day to day repairs in the park, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Providing Bhisthi (Semi-skilled category) to assist the Mason and other miscellaneous works, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Providing Beldar (un-skilled category) to assist the Mason and other miscellaneous works, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Supplying and stacking at site.Cement OPC-43 Grade. 7 Supplying and stacking at site.Coarse sand (zone III) . 8 Supplying and stacking at site.Fine sand (zone IV). 9 Supplying and stacking at site.Stone Aggregate (Single size) : 20 mm nominal size. 10 Supplyingat site. Synthetic enamel paint of approved brand. 11 Supplying and stacking at site. 10x10x7.50 cm Granite stone block. 12 Supplyingat site. Bricks. Common brunt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks class designation 7.5 13 Hiring and deployment of Hydraulic Excavator (3D) with driver and fuel all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 14 Hiring and deployment of Tractor with trolley with driver and fuel all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 15 Supplying and stacking at site.Moorum 16 Supplying and stacking at site. Factory made precast CC Kerb stone of M-25 grade size 30*30*15cm. 17 Note:1) Contractor shall follow the relevant NGT, DPCC orders, and or any other govt. authority enforcing environmental and pollution control orders and if any fine/penalty/challan is imposed by any government agency, the cost of the same shall be solely borne by the contractor.2) If the agency fails to provide the manpower as mentioned in schedule item no. 1 to 5 then a penalty of Rs. 2000/- per person per day will be levied and the same will be recovered from running/final bill of the agency. The intimation for providing the manpower will be given minimum one day (24 Hours) prior to the period of requirement.3) The work can be terminated at any time without giving any notice to the agency. 4) Refer Special Condition on page no. 145. 5) The water charges will be borne by contractor only.
