All sorts of tools and tackles, s ffolding, manpower, labor, supply of suitable lugs, glands, crimping tools, cable termination, are in the scope of successful tender . Lights should be checked post connection for proper functionality. The supplied flood lights shall be preferably installed at vari s utility block, facilities at Meerut Depot as per the direction of EIC HPCL. Vendor must note that the cost of 3Cx1.5SqMM wire and nsoling pipes and fitting arrangements for wiring, switch board, 15 Amps sockets etc. and providing power to the flood lights to be nsidered under this line item only. No separate payment shall be paid for this. Cost for fitting arrangements for the flood light fi ures to the wall/ metallic structures to be considered for this line item at the time of quoting rate. Vendor to ensure double earth g of the LED light fixture using single core earthing wire to the nearest earth strip. Vendor to visit the site, to get proper idea the job and consider cost all complete and quote rates accordingly. WARRANTY PERIOD: The supplied 300W, non-FLP type LED Flood L hts shall remain under warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. Vendor has to replace the LED free of cost case any defect found in the LED light during the warranty period for reasons not attributable to the manual intervention.
