Bids Are Invited For Event or Seminar or Workshop or Exhibition or Expo Management Service - National; Trade shows and expos; as per bid document; as per bid document; as per bid document 1 Stall in size 4.0 mtr x 3.0 mtr. x 3.0 mtr. of Octanorm structure with the following items: Three(3) rack on the back wall, Two(2) counters, Fascia, Two(2) stackable chairs, carpeting inside the stall, One(1) Dustbin, Four(4) Cromptlux bulb, Two(2) Spot Light, One(1) Pedestal fan, One(1) Power point. All the item should be as per specification mentioned in the Schedule-A 2 Pagoda in size 5 mirs x 5 mtrs, with steel structure and covered with proper water proof material. 3 General Electrical Fitting: Tube Lights LED 20 watts complete with choke, starter with tube and all other fittings. Spot lights: LED bulbs of 201 watts/laminated. As per requirement the fixing detail shall be clamp type, screwable or concealed. Metal Halogen lights shall be of 1000, 500 watt with power coated waterproof body able to withstand exposure. One Generator set required to produce additional electricity for load shedding purpose of 62 kw shall be required. Contractors shall be liable to maintain at an approximate location and keep a qualified electrician as an attendant at all times during the expo. (Rates quoted including Fuel and man power) 5 Reception Counter (As per the specification mentioned in schedule A) 6 Camp Office (As per the specification mentioned in Schedule A) 7 Arrangement & Distribution of complete and proper electrical wiring. cabling fittings, etc, from transformer to the stall in the entire expo area (As per the specification mentioned in Schedule A) 8 VIP Lounge (As per Specification mentioned in Schedule A) 9 Public Announcement System- Complete public announcement address system with powerful (PA-60) switches over type amplifier with 2 microphones with tape players and 15 number loudspeakers strategically placed up to the ground and parking area. A full time operator, the sound system and play cassettes of recorded music and messages of the choice of Expo Authority. The control amplifier, etc, shall be located in the room/space to the approval of the Total Quantity :
