    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services Similar Category Annual Maintenance Service-Air Conditioner BSNL is having 379 nos. 1.5 TR split AC units in Vijayawada BA, working at different Telephone Exchanges / Cell Sites / Administrative Buildings etc. BSNL intends to finalize Annual Repair Contract (ARC) for arranging repair of these 1.5 TR split AC units. The units needing repair will be intimated to the Vendor (as and when faulty occurs) and the vendor has to attend to such units and shall bring them into working condition. The rate accepted through this GEM Bid for repair of the units will be paid to the Vendor. The ‘Complete Unit’ thus repaired remains under ‘repair guarantee’ of the vendor for the next six months period from the date of completion of repair. All further repairs needed to such repaired units shall be the responsibility of the vendor, which include all necessary spares, service work etc. Replacement of refrigeration Compressor of all units is excluded from this guarantee. The payment for replacement of refrigeration Compressor will be paid extra as per the schedule of work / Bill of quantities Total Quantity :
