    Tender For All Light Work In Flower Show 2025 - Complete work of lighting etc.2 After taking temporary electricity connection and laying distribution line at the venue of Regional Fruit, Vegetable and Flower Exhibition to be held on 08, 09 and 10 February 2025 at Raj Bhavan premises, Lucknow, complete work of lighting, electrical decoration at the exhibition site, playing music channel on line array system, mic for stage management (for very special dignitaries), electric and battery operated arrangements. For this, the following minimum will have to be used. Metal light (400 watt) - 15, Tube light (40 watt) - .625, LED flood light - 60, LED bulb (14 watt) - 125, LED bulb (12 watt) - .20, LED bulb (09 watt) - .200, Garden chandelier light (including bulb) - 12, Series bulb (red, blue and green colour) - .28000, Main distribution line. Approximately 2100 running meter, Auxiliary distribution line. Approximately .6500 running meter, Exhibition advertisement board; electrically decorated. 20, Halogen (reflector). 150, Chandelier to be installed in Baradari. 20, In addition to the above, it will be mandatory to keep 63 KVA 415 volt generator (with operator) at the exhibition site for backup of electricity system and in case of power failure, backup system will have to be operated within one minute. It will be mandatory for all work to be completed by the evening of the day before the exhibition begins. The prescribed guidelines regarding electrical safety will have to be followed at the exhibition site.
