    Augmentation Of Spring Water Source Within Ward No 8 Darjeeling- 1 Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:2:4)) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any in ground floor(ii)River Bazree 2 Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approvedstout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts ofminor structu 3 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor). 4 Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc.NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m. 5 M.S. Structural works in roof trusses with tubular section conforming to IS 806-1968 & IS 1161-1998 6 Galvanised corrugated iron sheet wotk (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10mm dia J or L hook bolts limpet and bitumen 7 Galvanised iron sheet eaves gutter fitted anf fixed with necessary 50mm X 6mm MS flat bar clamps bent 8 Galvanised iron sheet ridging fitted with necessary bolts screws, washer etc complete 9 supplying fitting and fixingUPVC Pipe A type and fitting conforming to IS 13592-1992 with all necessary clamps 10 18% GST 11 1% labour cess
