Tender For Coating work on the drain constructed by District Panchayat Deera from Gram Sabha Amr Khaira Marg through Padmavati Mahila Mahavidyalaya - Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mountedgrader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 3 Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. G-2 as per technical specification clause 405 4 Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3-wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.G-3 as per technical specification clause 405 5 Brickedging on both side of the road of brick class M-150, 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep etc.( As per SOR, Schedule item no.765) 6 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical means 502 7 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 usingbitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specicification Clause 503. 8 Providing & laying 20mm thick P.C. overexisting WBM surface and including p/l of Prime Coat @ 0.75Kg./Sqm & Tack Coat @ 0.35Kg./Sqm by bitumen emlusion, With graded approved quarry grit (0.018Cum 13.2mm nominal size and 0.009cum 11.2mm nominal size grit and as per P.W.D. specification as per direction of E/I. 9 Cleaning the Premix surface and laying Seal Coat of graded 2.36mm nominal size approved quarry grit @ 0.006cum per Sqm with 80/100 bitumen @ 0.68Kg./Sqm including heating the bitumen to required temp. including cost of grit, labour, T&P for proper completion of work.
