    Repairing Of Advance Make Starters Installed At Dallupura Bps Station.- 1 Dismantling of the slip ring stator rotor of 125 KW/ 167 HP motor removing of cable connection etc. 2 Dismantling of the oil circuit breaker installed at Filter House removing of cable connection etc. 3 Repairing /Renovation of stator rotor of 167 HP Motor by replacing following spares as required in 2 nos. rotors resistance tube - 12Nos. top contact-12Nos, corner contact-6 Nos., bottom contact-15Nos, base board-1no Cam housing assembly-1No Compete servicing, over hauling and changing of the spares parts in place of defective parts in rotor greasing& cleaning of the mechanical parts. 4 Repairing /Renovation of oil circuit breaker by replacing following spares as required in 2nos. oil circuit breakers main contact finger - 18Nos, Moving Arcing contact-6Nos, Arcing contact finger light-12 Nos., No-volt coil-1No, Catch Iver-2Nos. Compete servicing, over hauling and changing of the spares parts in place of defective parts in rotor greasing& cleaning of the mechanical parts 5 Making inter locking of stator rotor & oil circuit breaker complete wiring & fitting of push button 6 Changing of oil in rotor & OCB after draining of old oil, cleaning of tank of rotor & OCB & filing of new oil both in rotor & OCB 7 Providing and Laying of LT Al. armored cable CX240 Sq mm. 8 Making incoming & out going cable connection with thimbling, tapping etc. 9 Testing & commissioning of rotor & OCB on load with reference to relevant IS.
