Manufacturing, Supplying, Testing & Commissioning of self propelled, self unloading hopper barges of capacity 12 M³ which included diesel engine (Simpson/Kirloskar/Ashok Leyland) of capacity 100 HP (Min). Hydraulic propulsion system, Hydraulic Excavator for unloading materials into shore trucks, Bollards on all four sides of Barge, Mast, signal lights for navigation and dredging, Electric bilges pump for de watering,Fore Tank, Wing Tanks, after wing tank, bucket digging tool 300 kg bucket capacity and Operation for six months and maintenance for one year that includes consumables like hoses & seals, etc. Note: The rates are inclusive of basic cost, packing, import/export, all types of fright, transit insurance, import duties, cleaning, stamp duty, port fees, road transporation, GST as applicable on etc.

Cost of Operation of 03 Numberhopper barges by providing 03 Number Skilled operator for 05 Years starting after first six months (03 X 4.5 X 12 = 162 Months)

Cost of Operation of 03 Numberhopper barges by providing 15 Number Watch and Ward Staff for Five Years (15 X 05 X 12 = 900 Months)

Cost of Comprehensive maintenance including repair, spare parts, servicing etc. execpt fuel oil and lubricants for self propelled, self unloading Hopper Barge for 2nd Year (03 x 12).
