Mechanical Urban Division, Ranchi-- 1 Supplying, Installation, commissioning and testingof Horizontal Split casing centrifugal pump set having discharge of 1932 m3/hr against a total head 67 mtrs., efficiency not less than 80% (Kirloskar/ Jyoti/ Mather and Platt) make as per IS:1520-1980/IS:5659 of 1970 with up to date amendments read with IS:9137-1978 or latest addition suitable for lifting Clear Water for under mentioned characteristics with Bronze impeller casing ring and shaft sleeve of bronze shaft of steel grade EN 8 with cast iron casing coupling directlythrough rigidly fixed with bolt on a M.S base plate to squirrel cage induction motor (ABB/ Kirloskar/ Siemens/ Jyoti/ Crompton Greaves) make operated on 11 KV ± 15%, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM AC supply, 3 phase fan cooled the power of electric motor should be at least 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump in the operation range of (+) 10% & (-) 25% of the duty point head. The motor should be as per IS : 325-1978 with up to date amendmentsread with IS: 900-1972 including required size of C.I.D.F sluice valve, zero velocity valve, foot valve, pressure gaugeetc. all complete. 2 Supplying and fitting alllabour tools & tacklesformaking MS suction line 450 mm dia anddelivery line 350 mm diaby all required materials such as MS bend, MS Flange, Rubber packing, nut bolt etc along with jointing delivery pipe line with header pipe by cutting, welding, threading etc all complete as per direction of E/I. 3 Supplying & fitting all labour, tools & tackles for making common header of heavy duty MS pipe having dia 1200 mm & 15 mtr. Long on delivery side along with connection of the common header to existing rising pipe with all required accessories such as flange, short piece, bend, rubber seal etc. including cutting, welding & threading etc. required as per site. 4 Supplying & fitting 200 mm heavy duty pressure release valve make ISI. 5 Supplying, fitting and testing 20 dia double flange sluice valve conforming for IS 2906/14846 including worn gear arrangement as per test pressure stainless steel spindle, caps etc. without by pass arrangement PN1-1.6 make venus/ ISI marked. 6 Supplying, fitting and testing 450 mm dia M.S heavy duty expansion joint on suction pipe line make ISI marked. 7 Supplying, fitting and testing 18 dia M.S heavy duty expansion joint on delivery pipe line make any reputed/ISI marked. 8 Supplying, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of 11KV HT indoor type floor mounted cubical panel including 3 nos. vacuum Circuit Breaker horizontal isolation and horizontal draw out type (1 no. incoming and 2 nos. outgoing feeders) for operating 3 nos. 11 KV HT pump set as per details provided in Annexure-1. 9 Supplying and laying 400 mm2 x 3 core, 11 KV XLPE, HT aluminium cable, XLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 kA for 1 sec.)cores laid up inner sheath of PVC tape, galvanized steel flat strip armoured, and overall PVC sheathed cable from sub-station to 11 KV VCB panel. Make - Polycab/ Havells/ KEI or any reputed make ISI marked. 10 Cost towards supplying and laying 185 mm2 x 3 core, 11 KV XLPE, HT aluminum cableXLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 kA for 1 sec.) cores laid up inner sheath of PVC tape, galvanized steel flat strip armoured, and overall PVC sheathed cable from sub- station to 11 KV VCB panel. Make- Kirlosker /Crompton Greaves and any ISI reputed make with all accessories. 16 Supplying, Installation, Commissioning and testing of 5 HP Diesel pump set centrifugal pump 1500 RPM bore size 85 mm Head pressure 47-165 PSI , air cooled with suction pipe , delivery , foot valve etc with all accessories make Kirlosker / Honda 17 Providing , erecting and fixing square bar of EN8 as rail for over headcrane on providing track, girder/continuous corbel beam, including supporting plate and “J” bolts. 18 Cost towards supply of Insulated rubber mat for 33 KV 100 cm x 100cm x 2cm 19 Supplying, Installation, Commissioning and testing of FireExtinguisher 5 kg dry type
