Tender For Special Repair To Misc Roads At Pokaran.; 1 M&L for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 M&L for Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder (Paving bituminous VG-40 Graded) content by weight of total mix including prepration of existing black top/ unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning and cleaning surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 3 M&L for Premix bituminous macadam of paving bitumen of VG-40 grade with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, any penetration laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete rolling to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 ton power road roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 M&L for applying tack coat of hot pavig bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 5 M&L for marking 2.0 mm thick of 01 coat of painting lines, centre line, dashes, arrows, letters, zebra crossing, speed breakers etc on roads pavements and the like not exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved make and mix with 8% mica sign applicator machine, complete with traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 M&L for providing 75 (compacted thickness)moorum / red bajri, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with power roller 8 to 12 Tonne required as in berms, footpath etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 M&L for squared sand/lime stones of size 15cm x 30cmx45cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm or the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
