Recommended year of manufacturing should not be earlier than 2020 (For 15 Ton Farana ),2020 (for 16 Ton Including man basket with Hydraulic Jack) and must be in good operating condition (Proof of the Year of Mfg <(>&<)> insurance related documents has to be submitted to project in charge. 2. Operator and helper per equipment shall be provided by the contractor. The operators to perform as per the directions of Foreman at site. In case there is no operator available to operate the crane, the same period shall be considered as Break down period. If repeatedly operator is not available contract shall be terminated by M/s AMNS without any notice to the contractor. 3. HSD, Spares, consumables, and Lubricants required for running of equipment shall be arranged by contractor. 4. The Equipment availability should be min 95%. 5. Log sheet had to be prepared on daily basis as per our format giving details of work done and location and is to be certified by our engineer in charge. 6. Monthly 26/27 working days. 7. Vendor should deploy helper for each equipment. 8. All operators should be entries through Scrum system and Scrum report should be attached along Monthly RA Bill. 9. Any external affairs outside the plant to be taken care by the respective contractor only. 10. In case of emergency hydra and operator should be available in 24x7. 11. Supervisor is mandatory for monitoring and deploying the hydra wherever is required. 12. During break down of supplied hydra alternative hydra to be provided within 1 hour. 13. The services of hydra will be required at M/S AMNS Vizag facility <(>&<)> the adjacent stockpile area of the facility. 14. Diesel price variation is not acceptable after W/O released; the rates are firm for a period of one year subjected to revision. Diesel <(>&<)> maintenance under vendor scope. 15. Hire hydra required on continues basis, In case of emergency Hydra and operator should be available in 24x7. 16. The normal working day timings of the Hydra is 8 hours including 01-hour lunch i.e, from morning 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. 17. Hydra/ Farana should be equipped with SMART REAR VIEW ALARM/ DRIVER FATIGUE MONITORING SYSTEM/ LOAD INDICATOR/Reverse alarm. B. HSE:- 1. The equipment should be fit with proper braking, lighting; horn system etc from SAFETY point of view and the Equipment should comply with our HSE policy requirement. 2. Wheel Guard is required to be provided for Hydra so that safety related issues can be taken care. 3. The operators should be equipped with all PPE for operating hours of machine. All safety measures must be taken care by the contractor. 4. The operator should be medically fit and should submit valid Eye test report for every 6 months to engineer In charge and HSE head. 5. The operators should have valid License as per R.T.O. The Vehicle must operate as per R.T.O norms <(>&<)> our safety norms. 6. The Vehicle should adhere to all statutory norms (Load test and regular tests shall be done to ensure vehicle is in healthy condition and reverse horn should be compulsorily in working condition). 7. Reverse horn, load test certificate, pollutions certificate, AMNS vehicle entry gate pass and hook latch for the vehicle is mandatory. 8. Operator <(>&<)> helper should possess PF <(>&<)> ESI. 9.
