Tender For Replace/Repair The Damaged Fenders/Fender Accessories At Ernakulam Wharf, Mattancherry Wharf & Btp Berths Dismantling and removing existing damaged 1250 H Cell type rubber fender with frontal frame etc without damaging structure and stacking. Supplying and fixing 1250H Cell type rubber fender with whole fixtures like bolts, nuts, washers, anchor bolts etc and accessories like frontal frame (1750 x 2500 mm), tension and weight chains, complete in place of fender dismantled Cleaning, primering and painting with epoxy paint to the 1250 H cell fenders frontal frame (1750 x 2000 mm approximate size), chains and U clamps etc Taking out the 1250 H cell fenders frontal frame (1500 x 1750 mm approximate size), chains and U clamps etc and stacking. Supplying and fixing new 1250 H cell fenders frontal frame (1750 x 2500 mm approximate size), chains and U clamps etc Connecting the detached chains with new U hook 30 mm dia MS galvanized GR 8.8 using D shakles and painting with epoxy paint to the chains and hooks after cleaning & primering Supplying and fixing new chain 24 mm dia hot dipped galvanized to the frontal frame (1750 x 2500 mm size) of the 1250H cell fender, with U Hooks and painting the existing chains, U hook etc Repairing the broken chains by replacing the open links and D sckale of hot dipped galvanized for the 1250H cell fender MATTANCHERRY WHARF Dismantling and removing existing damaged 1800 H fender with frontal frame etc without damaging structure and stacking. Supplying and fixing 800 H cell type rubber fender with whole fixtures like bolts, nuts, washers, anchor bolts etc and accessories like frontal frame (1300 x 2300 mm), tension and weight chains, complete in place of fender dismantled Taking out the frontal frame and supply and fixing 30 mm thick UHMWPE rubbing piece (pad) over the existing Frontal Frame 1250 x 1250 mm of the 800 H cell fender with SS bolts and washers etc. and refitting the frontal frame including cleaning and epoxy painting. Taking out the existing damaged chains and providing new GI chains 25 mm dia with rubber flex and U hook etc. including painting with epoxy paint after primerning Cleaning, primenng and painting with epoxy paint to the 1150 H fenders frontal frame (1750 x 2000 mm approximate size), chains and U clamps etc and changing 2 D schackels Repairing the existing detached chain of the 1150 H frontal frame (1750 x 3000 mm size), by providing D shackle/ U Hooks etc. (One No Chain only) and changing D shackle of ather chain including painting with epoxy paint after primering. Dismantling the existing chains and Supplying and fixing two nos new chains 24 mm dia hot dipped galvanized for the 1150 H frontal frame (1750 x 2000 mm approximate size), with U Hooks & painting with epoxy paint after cleaning and primering. BTP Dismantling and removing existing damaged 1150 H Cell fender with frontal frame etc without damaging structure and stacking at M. Wharf Supply and fixing HCF 1150H cell type rubber fender with whole fixtures like bolts, nuts, washers, anchor bolts etc and accessones like frontal frame (1750 x 3000 mm), tension and weight chains, complete in place of fender dismantled Taking out the frontal frame and supply and fixing 40 mm thick UHMWPE rubbing piece (pad) over the the existing 1150 H Fender (Frontal Frame Appx. Size 1500 x 2000 mm) with SS bolts and washers etc. and refitting the frontal frame. Painting frontal frame with epoxy paint, chains, U Hook etc after cleaning and painting (2 Nos chains) Connecting the detached chains with new U hook 30 mm dia MS galvanized GR 8.8 using D shakles and painting with epoxy paint to the chains and hooks after cleaning & primering
