Nagar-Ii - Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bush, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material upto 1000 m from road boundry as per MoRTH Specification: 201 In area of light jungle 2 Restoration of rain cuts with soil, morrum, gravel or a mixtrue of these including all leads and lifts and cost of arrangement of land, cleaning the loose soil, benching for 300mm width, laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250mm and compacting with plate compactor or power rammer to restore the original alignment levels and slopes complete as per MORTH specification clause 3002. = Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I.not more than 6, including compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller at OMC to achieve desired density to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges Grading as per MoRTH specification: Table 400-1, 400-2 with CBR value not less than 30. i) To achieve 100% Proctor density Construction of un-reinforced, without dowel bar, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), Coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholves, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRD specification clause 1501 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments. cement concrete M 30 grade
