Fabrication Work Various Wss Under Sub Division Sadri - Turning of various sizes of CID Joints Class- 10/ 15 Complete set (Labour Charges), The Joints will be supplied by the Department. Threading on GI Pipes different diameter as below (Rate Per Mouth Threading). The Pipes will be supplied by the Department. Cutting of GI/MS/CI Pipes of any class as below (Rate per Mouth- One cutting only making two pieces). The Pipes will be supplied by the Department. Welding on M.S. / G.I. Pipes and other material by Electric Welding Making Hole labour charges per hole rate Making of GI Assembly pipe for various sizes including flange tightening, welding with MS Patti, hole making and cable grove making as per required length of 3.00 M/ 6.00 M (Pipe and flange shall be provided by the department). Length of MS strip will be 100 mm, Width - 20 mm and thickness - 6 mm and to be welded around the strip with pipe ans flanged. Hole in the flanged will be standard size and above 15 mm in size. After tightening the pipe and flanged, welding will be done at junctin of flange and pipe complete in all respect. Fabrication of Key for operating Sluice Valve (to be used in pump house) having length 30 Cm. with GI pipe class –B (Including the cost of pipe) and this includes making square groove with welded plate around of required size in one end and welding of 16 mm MS round rod for: -Pipe Size 25 mm with the Length of 300 mm Pipe Size 32 mm with the Length of 300 mm Fabrication of Key for operating Sluice Valve (to be issued for operating water supply in the localities for key mans) having length 100 cm (1000 mm) with GI pipe class –B (Including the cost of pipe) and this includes making square groove with welded plate around of required size in both end and welding of 16 mm MS round rod for Pipe Size 32 mm with the Length of 1000 mm (100 cm) Fabrication for MS foundation Nut -Bolts including material as per sample Making Direct Pump Piece with heavy duty pipes (Class - B) and flange (as per table - D) including cutting of pipe, threading welding and MS strip for length - 100 mm, Width - 20 mm and thickness - 6 mm and to be welded around the strip with pipe and flanged. Hole in the flanged will be standard size and above 15 mm in size. The Total Length of Reducer Pump Piece will be 30 cm (300 mm). Providing, Fabrication and fixing of stainless steel float ball (For OHSR and CWR) having required dia made of 20 gauge (Thickness - 1.27 mm) of stainless steel sheet and making hook and welded on the top of the ball and including cost of material complete in all respect. Providing and fabrication of Cylindrecal shape screen cover made out of 18 SWG (Thickness - 1.321 mm for Cylindercal shape) and 14 SWG (Thickness - 2.007 mm for top and bottom flange) Galvanised Sheet for various size of suction non return valve already installted at various raw water pump houses & head works. The size of hole will be above 15 mm (i.e. 20 mm) including material. The top flange will have standard hole as per Non Return Valves Flange and can be fixed with MS Nut/ Bolts. The length of Cylenderical portion will be 450 mm (45.00 cm) and diameter will be as flange of Non Return Valve.The total nos. of holes will be as under or the total area of holes shall not be less than 1.5 times area of pipe opening. Over casting on existing brass sluice valve rod by gas welding with turning and threading on over case portion of rods as required rod sluice valve. Casting and finishing of GM bushes for pumping sets as per sample complete Supplying of MS Rods for different sizes of sluice valve and should be supplied as according to size of old rods including material and finishing for the following sizes. Supplying of Check Nut for different sizes of sluice valve and should be supplied as according to size of Check Nut including material for the following sizes. Supplying of MS Rods and Check nut (Complete Set) for different sizes of sluice valve rods and check nuts should be supplied as according to size of old/ rod/check nuts including material for the following sizes Providing of U Plate for different sizes of sluice valve and should be supplied as according to size of old U Plate including material for the following sizes. Providing and fixing of flanged/plain ended MS Specials made from MS sheet strips of relevant IS specification of approved thickness by welding, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position at all level/depths in trenches complete including all taxes, material, labour, inside lining, outside coating, testing and commissioning along with pipe line as per technical specifications and direction of Engineerin-charge etc.
